Yoga Teacher Training at The Wellness Center
The Eleutheria Yoga Teacher Training Institute is a Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) School. The YTT program is approved by The Yoga Alliance, and are led by an extensively skilled faculty. This is your opportunity for personal and professional growth. In this program, you will gain knowledge in functional body alignment, anatomy, yoga history and philosophy, teaching and sequencing a safe, fun, and empowering class. During the program, you will Immerse yourself understanding the principals of yoga while deepening your personal practice, you will also learn what it means to live yoga and applying these principals for growth in areas of your life beyond the mat.
Yoga Teacher Training (YTT 200) Program Description
Commitment requires one night per week of class and one weekend per month for 6 months at The Wellness Center.
Module 1: Yoga Philosophy, History, and Foundations
Module 2: Teaching Methodology, Technique, and Assisted Practice
Module 3: Yoga Pedagogy, Ethics, and Business
Module 4: Sequencing across styles
Module 5: Practicum and Application
$2750 - Tuition includes all required Yoga Teacher Training classes, weekend intensives, practicums, and unlimited yoga at The Wellness Center throughout the duration of the program. Books and optional workshops are not included.
