Reiki Appointment Policies: Clients must have a valid credit card on file to book a Reiki session. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. A $25 fee will be charged to your credit card on file if you don't cancel your appointment 12 hours before your scheduled time or if you do not show up. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time is also subject to a $25 fee for extra wait time.
