Yoga & Therapies

    Yoga Classes & Teacher Training

    The Wellness Center offers daily classes for all levels, from Yoga Foundations and Ashtanga to Aerial Yoga and Yoga Wall. We also host annual Yoga Teacher Training cohorts and CEU opportunities.

Katie Sprouls, PhD

Dr. Katie Sprouls is the co-owner and co-founder of Eleutheria Special Education Services (Est. 2007), The Wellness Center (2011), PBIS Arizona (2011), Elysium Fields (2015), Estrella Day School (2018), and Eureka Wellness (2022). Katie is a certified school psychologist, professional development specialist, and yoga instructor

Terri Chace, MS-CCCSLP

Terri Chace is the co-owner and co-founder of Eleutheria Special Education Services (Est. 2007), The Wellness Center (2011), PBIS Arizona (2011), Elysium Fields (2015), Estrella Day School (2018), and Eureka Wellness (2022). Terri is a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
