WHAT to Expect

The training session packages begin with a discussion of your long and short term goals with your trainer. The trainer will create a plan with reasonable goals. For example, a short-term goal might be to complete 30 minutes of exercise, where a long-term goal might be to fit into pants two sizes smaller.
